How to choose an AI automation agency in Dubai (2026 checklist)

The right AI automation agency will show you a working demo on your own channels, connect WhatsApp through Meta's official platform, give you a clear price, let you own your accounts and data, and hand conversations to a person when it matters. If an agency can't do all five, keep looking.

What AI automation should actually do for you

• Reply instantly, day and night, on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or your website
• Ask qualifying questions naturally: budget, timing, what the customer needs
• Book calls or visits and send reminders
• Hand over to your team with a short summary, so you only spend time on serious customers

The 7-point checklist

1. A live demo. Ask to message their own assistant, or better, see a demo built on your services and prices.
2. The official WhatsApp platform. Automation should run on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, not on tools that control the normal app, which can get your number banned.
3. Clear pricing. A fixed set-up fee, plus running costs explained up front: AI usage and WhatsApp's own message fees.
4. You own everything. Your WhatsApp account, data and conversation history stay in your name.
5. Human handover. Customers can always reach a person, and you're alerted when they ask.
6. Real knowledge of your business. The assistant should use your actual prices, policies and FAQs, not generic answers.
7. Proof. Case studies, live examples and reviews on Google or Clutch from real clients.

Questions to ask before you sign

• Can I try a demo with my own services before paying?
• Which WhatsApp platform do you use, and whose name is the account in?
• What are the monthly running costs, roughly, at my volume?
• What happens when a customer asks something the AI can't answer?
• How quickly can it go live, and what do you need from me?

Red flags

• No live example you can try yourself
• "Unlimited WhatsApp messages" claims that ignore Meta's own fees
• Long lock-in contracts, or the account set up in the agency's name
• No way for customers to reach a human

What it typically costs

At frontage., AI automation set-up starts from AED 3,000, with an optional care plan of AED 600 or AED 1,200 a month. Running costs are usually small: AI usage is often a few dirhams to a few dozen dirhams a month for a small business, and since October 2026 Meta gives each WhatsApp business number 1,000 free service messages a month, with a small per-message fee after that.

Where to find and compare agencies

Look at Google reviews and directories such as Clutch and GoodFirms, ask for two client references, and message each agency's own WhatsApp to see how fast and how well they reply. That one test tells you a lot.
